When you are sorrowful look again in your heart,
Kahlil Gibran
When I feel blue I often call my mother to tell her about my stupid actions and wrong choices. She listens in silence and I know she is smiling gently when I complain about my life and its lessons. When I am done she often asks me; do you see at what point you have lost yourself?
And yes I do see it; just like all the times before and that's what is so depressing hihi. But my mother always puts me back on track with her calm words; Life's lessons are one big repetition, you have to do them over and over again...and then you go through it. Just remember Sas two steps forward and one step back. But forward you will go anyway......
Well thanks to my always patience mother I feel less blue already. I will make myself a cup of tea and cuddle up with a book. Tomorrow I will try to take two steps again :) Have yourself a lovely weekend and take care :)
Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you
as by the attitude you bring to life;
not so much by what happens to you
as by the way your mind looks at what happens.

Beautiful thought provoking post, Sas. The opening quote is so lovely, and so amazing that it still holds true for us humans who are still the same down the centuries despite what we may like to think.
My relationship with you seems strange..sometimes I read your posts in awe ...as if you were my messiah... and on other days I connect with you as any human...with the same vulnerability and emotions I may feel. The end quote was very moving and inspiring..Thanks again for the lovely words, photos and thoughts you share. Enjoy your tea and book. Have a lovely evening. I am sure you will take two steps forward tomorrow...

Sas, I love the bright yellow color and crackle finish of the plate. You have really touched our hearts by sharing such genuine thoughts and feelings. It's truly a relief to know that we are not alone and that we are struggling to better ourselves as humans each day. It helps to have someone along with you on the journey, and there you are I feel with me!!! Thanks for inspiring not just decor wise but spiritually too...even more long lasting! This post came at a particularly good time for me when I told myself I will take two steps forward today since I took one back for sure yesterday :)
Dear Vani and Rupa,
Your lovely feedback and comments are heartwarming to me.
Thank you for sharing,
with love, Sas
